We are a full truckload carrier encompassing all types of truckload shipments. We don’t consider ourselves to have any boundaries. All of our trucks are cycled within a 600,000 mile 4 year lifespan in our fleet.

We operate a blended spec of trucks to accommodate to the number of trailer types we pull.

We are the ONLY Department of Defense motor carrier based in the state of Oklahoma.

Who We’re Looking For

We want safe, qualified driving personnel that have a broad range of skills including the capability to pull at least two of our primary trailer types.

We don’t currently have the infrastructure to offer a great deal of training, so previous company and tech school experience is key to earning higher paying wages and more critical load responsibility.

Flatbed, Step Deck, RGN qualified drivers will earn the highest annual compensations, and we expect each of these drivers to know the ability to secure all types of shipments, pull oversize shipments and have the ability and physical fitness to tarp loads (at customer’s request). This position offers a fair amount of home time, but higher earners are urged to take on critical, hot, last-minute shipments from customers that will require professional attention to hours of service.

Dry Van qualified drivers will serve the broadest mileage range of deliveries and will be called upon to perform as many as 5 drops on some routes. Proficiency to back trailers in tight areas and possibly assist or communicate in coordinating deliveries is needed. These shipment destinations are the very consistent and range from 200-3,000 route miles.

Refrigerated qualified drivers will be required to have previous experience. Our destinations are very consistent and most lanes are very dedicated and consistent. The shipping schedules are very time critical and we’re looking for staff that is mindful of delivery patterns and consistent work schedules. This is the smallest division of our company, but it’s growing.

End Dump or Bulk Trailer qualified drivers are as well required to have previous experience. These destinations are all very regional and consistent. This work offers the most amount of home time in our fleet (almost daily) but each applicant will be expected to stay out at least 2-3 nights a week when shipments are in full swing. Regions for deliveries include, KY, MN, TX and OK

What We Pay

We command the highest rates from our customers for our industry in the region which allows us to pay the highest and most consistent rates to our drivers. Our settlement structure is based on percentage. We pay this way because we feel it’s necessary to reward our drivers’ right alongside the customer demand as we know they are the ones ultimately fulfilling the promises we’re making.

New applicants will receive 22% of gross load pay (this is all-in rates, including FSC) and drivers that stay with the company for two years are then bumped to 24% and are more than likely carrying the higher-priced, higher-paying loads. Our rates are very visible up-front and transparent…and drivers ALWAYS have their choice of load offerings.

Dispatch and technical support is 24 hours, with direct real-time employee support to offer assistance.

From an annual basis our company drivers stand to make anywhere from $50,000-$80,000 pending their work schedule and trailer responsibility.

Contract-Owners will receive 75% of gross load pay and Contract-Owners that have their own trailer will receive 80% load compensations (this is all-in rates, including FSC) and owner-operators are more than likely carrying the higher-priced, higher-paying loads in our fleet offering. Our rates are very visible up-front and transparent…and drivers ALWAYS have their choice of load offerings.

This is a no forced-dispatch company with very unique integrity standards.

What We Pay

We command the highest rates from our customers in our industry for this region which allows us to pay the highest and most consistent rates to our hired carriers. We offer fast, quick and easy settlement solutions that allow agents to attract more truckload capacity throughout the ebbs and flow of regional truck concentrations.

We offer a range of onboarding percentages that start at 30% and range to a cap of 50% for gross profit shares.

Financial support staff is built into our program with our home office in Ponca City to handle settlement inquiry, and financial options for quick pay carriers.
